What Is Hybrid Training?

  Our hybrid training program uses:

  - Pre-Recorded Videos that allow the user to view content at their own pace, to pause, rewind, and watch again if they like.  This also reduces the lecture time.

  - Printed manual, so the user has a permanent desk reference

  - Online Q&A forum where users may ask questions and browse the answers to questions asked by others

  - Live, regular, interactive group discussions based on most frequent questions and current hot topics

Why Use This Kind of Hybrid Training?

  - Eliminates travel expenses and significantly training downtime from regular duties

  - Offers staff members flexibility in their own training schedule

  - Offers an immersive experience without COVID worries

  - Allows us to cover a broad, complex topic over a period of multiple days or even weeks, instead of forcing participants to sit through a single, excessively long webinar

  - Allows more gradual grasp of the topic rather than trying to "cram" the info due to the expense of travel and downtime

  - Encourages the participant to utilize available, free information resources to constantly refresh or improve their knowledge

How Does It Work?

  Participant Registers

  We Mail the Manual

Participant watches videos at their own pace, and engages in online discussions via live webinar and bulletin board style postings

We answer questions and offer suggestions for more reading or viewing info as appropriate

  What Are the Disadvantages?

Frankly, this is not for everyone.  Participants must be self-motivated to get the most from this.  They must have the capability to work well in a less structured program than a live in-person class and to engage with others via technology - in other words: using a keyboard and the internet.
